MISSION STATEMENT

Our goal is quick passage of Bill HR-1587 by the US Congress.

HR-1587 is The Vietnam Human Rights Act
To Stop TODAY'S Ethnic Cleansing in Indochina.

WHO WE ARE
GB4HR.net is a project by an informal network of former U.S. Special Forces (SF) members and other caring people. Our work in the "Third World" has made us acutely aware of gross human rights violations not being reported in the mainstream media.

GB4HR.net is not a formal organization although many of us have been actively working together for years to find and create solutions to terrorism. GREEN BERETS FOR HUMAN RIGHTS is simply the name of our Internet Base for this project. Some of our strongest supporters and contributors are well-known, ranking members of Special Forces Association and other groups within the SF community.

WHY WE ARE HERE
The Special Forces community is angered and outraged by government sanctioned ethnic cleansing of the Dega (Montagnard) tribal peoples of Indochina's Central Highlands.

The Government of Vietnam in Hanoi is PRACTICING GENOCIDE!

Green Berets are appalled and angry that some United States officials are in the process of normalizing trade relations with Vietnam -- to grant Most Favored Nation (MFN) trade status to this scummy rogue state that invades its neighbors to re-capture its own escaping refugees fleeing from systematic terrorism and genocide.

Vietnam practices torture, as much as Iraq was doing under Saddam and The Socialist Republic of Viet Nam belongs on the US State Department list of Terrorist States.
Vietnam should NOT be considered to be a CIVILIZED COUNTRY until this murderous activity is stopped.

WEB'ster: John Hanscom -- shirtless in the photo -- served in the 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne) in Asia after graduating from The JFK Center for Special Warfare at Ft. Bragg, North Carolina.

John lived with several native Montagnard tribes while he worked as Green Beret A Team intelligence specialist, and helping the indigenous people protect their homes and families against ethnic terrorism in the rugged Highlands of Indochina.

This GENOCIDE of the persecuted Dega peoples by the Government of Vietnam in Hanoi continues right now TODAY.
